TO MEXICO! AND TO FREEDOM!!

3/02/2002

What will you do if your Mexican decides to run away in favor of a life of freedom? Better keep an eye on him.

What are they, gold-plated books?!?!

Maybe. E now has a catcher's mask and mit, so back to regular pitching practice. Think my pitches are a little faster, but still a hell of a lot of work to do.

Change from the usual this weekend, night out with Etrain and Chrissy. That was a fun, out of the ordinary happening. Nice to have some variety.
Time to find that island of ridiculously hot women madly in love with Josh. I realized that if I actually may be pretty great, then there was no logical explanation for why exotic women are not throwing themselves at me. However, someone pointed out to me it is likely to be a question of supply. After all, when was the last time I encountered mind-blowingly beautiful exotic superbabes?

Yep, life would be nice if a specific someone was in love with me.

Stephen Hawking has combined forces with the New York Public Library?!?! Damn it, that is almost as bad as malignant tumbleweeds.

I'm going to New Jersey this weekend to paint up the house. Hmmm.... should I bring the mizuno and paint it? would that improve its hitting ability? maybe I'l slap on a few coats.

Has the form finally lost? I think Wing Designs is winning this month.
I'm so excited about the 3rd tri. I successfully switched to volunteer work it seems, and it looks I will have much more free time now. Finally, a chance to train, and to read, to work on art, to bike, to make money with Wing Designs, and to enjoy everything. First day on-site, and things seemed pretty easy. Pokey and Etrain are at Our Lady Mercy Elementary school with me in the Bronx. While still some schedule details to work out, things appear pretty easy. Plus, regular baseball practices begin Weds. Woo Hoo!! The next couple of weeks will be interesting.
I ran into Mike Grendell while walking across Central Park today. He was jogging past on the road when I knew I caught sight of a familiar face. After we talked for a bit, I asked him, "so what are you doing here running? Shouldn't you be somewhere?" And he said to me, "No, I'm right where I should be."
I laugh and I smile at that, because I really believe this trimester is more like life as it should be.
