The Utopian Age of Dreams contains several minor changes to Utopia. The changes are as follows:

* Unique elite costs for each race (See Guide)

* Cheaper overall exploration costs

* Armouries will function for all races as they did previously for Halflings.

* Additional Effects of War include:

-15% Income
-20% Maintenance Costs
-20% Specialist Coss
-40% Draft costs
+50% Elite costs
-20% Science Decay

Race changes:

Avians: +100% elite training
Halflings: Double production of elites from Armouries
Undead: Removal of the Exploration Penalty
Faery: -15% Exploration Costs; +20% Magic Eff; +15% Thievery Eff
